Shipping

All US orders are processed and dispatched within two business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and your order shall arrive within 3-7 business days. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible because we understand the anticipation is real!

We unfortunately are not shipping outside of the US yet but we are working on that!

Returns

We quality control each item at Silk Essence and stand by our design and production. However, we understand that sometimes things just do not work out. If by any chance you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily accept full-priced items for a full refund. We accept returns within 10 days from the delivery date. Please note that your original shipping fee is not refundable. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. We cannot accept items that have been damaged if our care label instructions have not been followed. Silkessence.co reserves the right to deny the return if the products do not meet the return policy requirements.
